SECTION 5-35.2-4
§ 5-35.2-4 Advertising by opticians.– This division of professional regulation, in addition to conducting theexaminations, licensing, and registering of opticians, shall make rules andregulations governing advertising by opticians. The division shall have thepower to revoke the license of any optician violating those rules andregulations.
