   § 5-35.2-7  Continuing education ofopticians. – Every person licensed to practice opticianry who makes an application forrenewal shall, as condition to his or her relicensure, attest to the departmentof completion of continuing education in the preceding two (2) calendar yearsin accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder.
