SECTION 5-37.2-10

   § 5-37.2-10  Application for licenses– Fees. – An applicant for examination for a license to practice acupuncture or anybranch of acupuncture, shall:

   (1) Submit an application to the department on forms providedby the department;

   (2) Submit satisfactory evidence that he or she is twenty-one(21) years or older and meets the appropriate education requirements;

   (3) Pay a fee of one hundred and seventy dollars ($170); and

   (4) Pay any fees required by the department for aninvestigation of the applicant or for the services of a translator, ifrequired, to enable the applicant to take the examination.
