§ 5-37.2-13 - Issuance of license for acupuncture assistant. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 5-37.2-13

   § 5-37.2-13  Issuance of license foracupuncture assistant. – An applicant for a license for acupuncture assistant shall be issued a licenseby the department if he or she:

   (1) Has successfully completed a course of study inacupuncture in any college or school in any country, territory, province, orstate requiring any attendance to thirty-six (36) months;

   (2) Practiced acupuncture for not less than three (3) years;and

   (3) Passes the examination of the department for acupunctureassistant.
