SECTION 5-37.2-16

   § 5-37.2-16  Suspension, revocation, orrefusal of license – Notice and hearing. – The department shall not refuse to issue, refuse to renew, suspend or revokeany license for any of the causes enumerated in § 5-37.2-15, unless theperson accused has been given at least twenty (20) days notice, in writing, ofthe charge against him or her and a hearing by the department.
