SECTION 5-37.2-19

   § 5-37.2-19  Seminars not in accordancewith department regulations prohibited – Penalty. – (a) No seminar concerning acupuncture may be conducted in this state except inaccordance with regulations prescribed by the department for bona fideeducational seminars.

   (b) Any person who violates subsection (a) of this section isguilty of a misdemeanor.
