SECTION 5-37.2-20

   § 5-37.2-20  Practice without a license amisdemeanor. – A person who represents himself or herself as a practitioner of acupuncture orany branch of acupuncture, and who engages in the practice of acupuncture orany branch of acupuncture in this state without holding a valid license issuedby the department is guilty of a misdemeanor.
