§ 5-37.3-11 - Severability.
SECTION 5-37.3-11
§ 5-37.3-11 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter is held by a court to be invalid, thatinvalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions of this chapter, and tothis end the provisions of this chapter are declared severable.
