SECTION 5-37.3-5.1

   § 5-37.3-5.1  Diagnostic tests –Transfer and access. – Notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter, health care providers shall,upon the written request of the patient, his or her authorized representativeor treating physician, transfer a copy of diagnostic test results to anysubsequent health care provider.
