   § 5-37.7-9  Secondary disclosure. –Any confidential health care information obtained by a provider participantpursuant to this chapter may be further disclosed by such provider participantwith or without authorization of the patient participant to the same extentthat such information may be disclosed pursuant to existing state and federallaw, without regard to the source of the information.
