SECTION 5-37-11

   § 5-37-11  Inactive list. – A physician licensed to practice medicine who does not intend to engage in thepractice of his or her profession during any year, upon written request to theboard, may have his or her name transferred to an inactive list, and is notrequired to register annually or pay any registration fee as long as he or sheremains inactive. Any physician whose name has been included in the inactivelist as provided for in this section shall be restored to active status by theadministrator of professional regulation upon the filing of a written requestaccompanied by the registration form and fee as established by regulation bythe director of the department of health.
