   § 5-38.1-3  "Motor vehicle repair business"defined. – As used in this chapter, "motor vehicle repair business" means any place,establishment, garage, or work area enclosed within a building where repairsare made or caused to be made to motor vehicles, including engines,carburetors, brakes, transmissions, muffler systems, electrical systems, andgeneral running gear of motor vehicles exclusive of auto body repairs; andincluding any used automobile dealership, but excluding any new automobiledealership.
