§ 5-38.1-6 Existing motor vehicle repairbusinesses. – The provisions of subdivisions (1), (2) and (3) of § 5-38.1-4 do not applyto any person, partnership, corporation, or establishment presently inexistence, but shall apply to all motor vehicle repair businesses establishedafter July 7, 1989.
