SECTION 5-38.4-4

   § 5-38.4-4  Conditions to licensing ofmotor vehicle repair business. – No license shall be granted for a motor vehicle repair business under §5-38.4-1 unless:

   (1) It is located within a lawfully authorized zoningdistrict within the city of Cranston;

   (2) It is to be operated and maintained entirely within abuilding; and

   (3) The licensed business is being operated, or will operate,in a lawful manner, and in conformity with all applicable federal, state, andmunicipal laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
