SECTION 5-38-10.1
§ 5-38-10.1 Civil penalties forviolations. – In addition to every other power granted the department of business regulation,the department may fine a licensee not more than one hundred dollars ($100) forany violation or failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter or withany rule or regulation promulgated by the department.
