§ 5-38-21 - Severability.
SECTION 5-38-21
§ 5-38-21 Severability. – The provisions of this chapter are severable; and if any of the provisions areheld to be invalid, the decision of the court respecting that provision orprovisions shall not affect the validity of any other provision, which can begiven effect without that invalid provision.
