SECTION 5-38-22

   § 5-38-22  Appropriations. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sum that it deems necessaryto carry out the purposes of this chapter, and the state controller isauthorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurerfor the payment of this sum or so much of this sum as may be required from timeto time, upon the receipt by him or her of authenticated vouchers.
