SECTION 5-38-24

   § 5-38-24  Duration of licenses – Feefor part of year. – All licenses shall be issued for the twelve (12) month period commencing onJanuary 1 of each year, and the fee thereafter shall be at the full annual ratespecified in § 5-38-8, regardless of the date of application or issuanceof that license.
