SECTION 5-38-31

   § 5-38-31  Reimbursement fee. – The director of the department of business regulation may assess an automobilebody shop for reimbursement of the department's actual expenses for theinvestigation and hearing of significant auto body shop matters. An assessmentmay be sought in the event that an automobile body shop does not prevail aftera final judicial appeal.
