SECTION 5-38-7

   § 5-38-7  Duration of license –Renewal. – (a) The department shall promulgate rules and regulations mandating the term ofeach license issued pursuant to this chapter; however, no license shall remainin force for a period in excess of three (3) years.

   (b) Any fee for the initial issuance or renewal of a licenseissued pursuant to this chapter shall be determined by multiplying the currentannual fee by the term of initial licensure or renewal. The total fee for theentire term of licensure or renewal shall be paid at the time of applicationfor the license or renewal. The license shall be renewed upon payment of therenewal fee.
