§ 5-39.1-12 - Disciplinary process.
SECTION 5-39.1-12
§ 5-39.1-12 Disciplinary process. –(a) Disciplinary procedures under this chapter shall be conducted in accordancewith the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
(b) The board or its designee shall hear evidence produced insupport of the formal charges and contrary evidence produced by the licensee.At the conclusion of the hearing, the board shall make recommendation to thedirector who shall issue an order.
