SECTION 5-4-1

   § 5-4-1  License required. – It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell or offer for salein the state any quantities of coal or coke which exceed one thousand pounds(1,000 lbs.) without first obtaining a license from the director of labor andtraining as provided in § 5-4-2.
