   § 5-4-18  Suspension or revocation oflicense. – The director of labor and training, after a hearing, may suspend or revoke anylicense issued under the provisions of this chapter for using or giving falseor insufficient weight, in violation of any provisions of this chapter or anyrule or regulation promulgated by the director of labor and training under thischapter.
