SECTION 5-4-22

   § 5-4-22  Appropriations –Disbursements. – For the purpose of paying necessary expenses in carrying out the provisions ofthis chapter, the general assembly shall annually appropriate any sum that itdeems necessary; and the state controller is directed to draw his or her ordersupon the general treasurer for the payment of that sum, or so much of it as mayperiodically be required, upon receipt by him or her of proper vouchersapproved by the director of labor and training.
