SECTION 5-4-3

   § 5-4-3  Issuance date and duration oflicenses. – The license as provided in § 5-4-2 shall be issued as of the first day ofDecember of each year and shall continue in full force and effect for one year,unless revoked by the director of labor and training as subsequently providedin this chapter, and may be renewed upon payment of the prescribed fee.
