   § 5-40.1-15  Board of occupational therapypractice – Seal – Authentication of records. – The board shall adopt a seal by which it authenticates its proceedings. Copiesof the proceedings, records, and acts of the board and certificates purportingto relate the facts concerning its proceedings, records, and acts signed by thesecretary and authenticated by the seal, shall be evidence in all courts ofthis state.
