SECTION 5-40.1-18

   § 5-40.1-18  Severability. – If a part of this chapter is held unconstitutional or invalid, all valid partsthat are severable from the invalid or unconstitutional part remain in effect.If a part of this chapter is held unconstitutional or invalid in one or more ofits applications, the part remains in effect in all constitutional and validapplications that are severable from the invalid applications.
