   § 5-40.1-20  Rules governing practices andprocedures. – All hearings and reviews required under the provisions of this chapter and therules and regulations authorized by this chapter, shall be held in accordancewith the provisions of the rules and regulations promulgated by the RhodeIsland department of health, entitled, "Rules and Regulations GoverningPractices and Procedures Before the Rhode Island Department of Health(R42-35-PP)".
