SECTION 5-40-11

   § 5-40-11  Register of physical therapists– Records – Issuance of licenses. – (a) The department shall maintain a register of all persons licensed under thischapter which shall be open at all reasonable times to public inspection andthe department shall be the custodian of all records pertaining to thelicensure of physical therapists, or physical therapist assistants.

   (b) The director of the department of health shall issuelicenses only to applicants who meet the requirements of this chapter.
