SECTION 5-40-8

   § 5-40-8  Application fee for physicaltherapists. – When an application is submitted to the division of professional regulation fora license to practice physical therapy in Rhode Island pursuant to thischapter, either by endorsement or by examination, the applicant shall pay a feeof one hundred and seventy dollars ($170) to the state department of health.
