SECTION 5-41-3

   § 5-41-3  Penalties for violations. –Whoever violates any provision of § 5-41-1 or 5-41-2 is guilty of amisdemeanor, and, upon conviction, for the first offense shall be punished by afine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars($100), and for each subsequent offense shall be punished by a fine of not lessthan one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), orby imprisonment for a term not exceeding three (3) months, or both.
