SECTION 5-43-2
§ 5-43-2 Penalty for violations. –Any city or town issuing licenses under this chapter may impose a fine not inexcess of twenty dollars ($20.00) upon anyone convicted of offering instructionin jiu-jitsu or karate without that license.
