SECTION 5-44-16

   § 5-44-16  Transfers to inactive list– Reinstatement. – (a) A psychologist who does not intend to continue his or her licensure, uponwritten request to the department may have his or her name transferred to aninactive list, and shall not be required to pay the renewal fee as long as heor she remains inactive.

   (b) Should a psychologist wish to resume functioning as apsychologist, he or she must notify the department and remit his or her renewalfee and attestation of completion of the continuing education requirements inaccordance with the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder within theimmediate two (2) years prior to the applicant's request for licensurereinstatement.
