SECTION 5-44-20

   § 5-44-20  Grounds for discipline without ahearing. – With the approval of the director, the board may temporarily suspend thelicense of a psychologist without a hearing if the board finds that evidence inits possession indicates that a psychologist continuing in practice wouldconstitute an immediate danger to the public. In the event that the boardtemporarily suspends the license of a psychologist without a hearing by theboard, a hearing must be held within ten (10) days after the suspension hasoccurred.
