SECTION 5-44-5

   § 5-44-5  Board of psychology –Organization and meetings. – (a) The board shall organize immediately after the appointment andqualification of its members.

   (b) The board shall annually elect a chairperson andsecretary. Meetings may be called by the chairperson or the director of thedepartment of health or by written request of three (3) members of the board. Amajority of seats filled shall constitute a quorum. The board shall meet asoften as necessary.
