SECTION 5-45-9

   § 5-45-9  Courses of instruction andtraining. – If the department finds that there are not a sufficient number of courses ofinstruction and training conducted within the state to meet the requirements ofthis chapter, it may conduct one or more of these courses, and make provisionsfor those courses and their accessibility to residents of this state. The boardof governors for higher education shall cooperate with the department inestablishing and conducting those courses.
