SECTION 5-47-1

   § 5-47-1  Safeguards at demolition sites.– Any person, firm, corporation, or other business entity engaged in thedemolition of any building or other structure shall provide adequate safeguardsfor the protection of the general public, and shall be responsible to keep thearea of the demolition free from unnecessary debris, and police the area of thedemolition each day until the job is completed.
