SECTION 5-48-15

   § 5-48-15  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation made under thischapter, or their application to any person or circumstances, is held invalidby a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule, orregulation, and the application of that provision to other persons orcircumstances, shall not be affected.
