SECTION 5-5.1-4

   § 5-5.1-4  Regulations. – (a) The attorney general is authorized to adopt, amend, or repeal anyregulations, consistent with the policy and objectives of this chapter, that heor she deems necessary or desirable for the public interest in carrying out theprovisions of this chapter.

   (b) The regulations shall be adopted, amended, and repealedin accordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
