SECTION 5-5-12

   § 5-5-12  Change in status of licensee.– The licensee shall notify the local licensing authority, in writing, withinfive (5) days of any material change in the information previously furnished orrequired to be furnished to the local licensing authority or any occurrencethat could reasonably be expected to affect the licensee's privilege to alicense under this chapter.
