   § 5-5-16  Identification cards. – The local licensing authority shall prescribe by regulation the form ofidentification cards that may be carried by persons licensed under thischapter. Every person licensed under this chapter shall be given a permanentlicensed number and shall be issued an identification card which isapproximately two and one-half (2 1/2) inches wide and three and one-half (31/2) inches long and bears on it the number assigned to the licensee, the fullname, date of birth, residence address, brief description of the licensee, hisor her fingerprints and photograph, and a space upon which the licensee writeshis or her usual signature with pen and ink, or a facsimile of the signature.
