§ 5-5-17 - Licensee business procedures.
SECTION 5-5-17
§ 5-5-17 Licensee business procedures.– Any licensee shall, on notice from the local licensing authority, discontinueany advertising or the use of any advertisement, seal or card, which in theopinion of the local licensing authority tends to mislead the public. Failureto comply with that order of the local licensing authority shall be cause forrevocation of the license.
