SECTION 5-50-10
§ 5-50-10 Common law rights preserved.– Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to nullify or impair any right whicha buyer may have against a seller at common law, by statute, or otherwise. Theprovisions of this chapter shall not be exclusive and shall not relieve theseller, the assigns, or contracts from compliance with all other applicableprovisions of law.
