SECTION 5-50-11

   § 5-50-11  Severability. – If any provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation made pursuant tothis chapter, or the application of this chapter to any person orcircumstances, is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, theremainder of the chapter, rule or regulation and the application of suchprovision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by thatinvalidity. The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of any sectionof this chapter shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the chapter.
