SECTION 5-51-5

   § 5-51-5  Procedure for processingapplications for license. – (a) All applicants shall be considered individually by the board and passed orrejected on a roll call vote. The action taken by the board on each applicationshall be recorded in the minutes and an outline of the action taken by theboard shall be placed with the application.

   (b) Personal appearance before the board, if required, shallbe at the time and place designated by the board.

   (c) Failure to supply additional evidence or informationwithin sixty (60) days from the date of a written request from the board, or toappear before the board when an appearance shall be deemed necessary by theboard, may be considered just and sufficient cause for disapproval of theapplication.
