SECTION 5-51-8

   § 5-51-8  Granting of licenses to practicelandscape architecture. – (a) An applicant meeting all requirements of the law and of the board andeligible for a license to practice landscape architecture in the state shall benotified by the board of his or her eligibility.

   (b) Upon payment of the thirty-dollar ($30.00) license fee,the board shall issue the license certificate to the landscape architect.

   (c) The license certificate shall indicate the registrationnumber of the landscape architect. This registration number must appear on thelandscape architect's seal and on all works signed by the landscape architect.
