SECTION 5-53.1-10

   § 5-53.1-10  Professional solicitor. –No person shall act as a professional solicitor in the employ of a professionalfundraiser required to register pursuant to § 5-53.1-8 before he or shehas registered with the director or after the expiration or cancellation of theregistration. Applications for registration and re-registration shall be inwriting, under oath, in the form prescribed by the director. Registration orre-registration, when effected, shall be for a period of one year, or a partthereof, expiring on the thirtieth (30th) day of June. An application forre-registration shall be filed thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of theregistration. Applications for registration and re-registration, when filedwith the director, shall become public records in the office of the director.
