§ 5-54-12 Grounds for refusal to renew,suspension or revocation of certificates. – The director may, after notice and a hearing refuse to grant, renew, suspend,or revoke any certificate of licensure or discipline any registrant upon proofthat the person is guilty of unprofessional conduct as defined in § 5-54-2.
