SECTION 5-54-13.1
§ 5-54-13.1 Non-disciplinary alternative.– The board may permit a licensee to enter into a non-disciplinary alternativeprogram. All records pertaining to the physician assistant's participation inthe non-disciplinary program shall be confidential and shall not be subject todiscovery, subpoena, or public disclosure.
