SECTION 5-56-2

   § 5-56-2  Conditions for obtaining aninstaller's license. – (a) An application for an installer's license filled out in its entirety, alongwith a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), must be submitted to the director.

   (b) The applicant installer must have demonstrated to thedirector that he or she is capable of installing individual sewage disposalsystems in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

   (c) The applicant installer must obtain a passing grade on awritten examination given by the director, intended to demonstrate his or herunderstanding of the rules and regulations, and his or her ability to read andinterpret approved plans and specifications for individual sewage disposalsystems.

   (d) The applicant installer must demonstrate possession ofand ability to properly use a level or transit.
